Strategic Assessment Process

Does that sound familiar? The focus of our assessment in this situation is to help you determine and understand how to better utilize your assets throughout your organization to support or address strategic goals, operational issues and pain points. We look for both immediate and long-term solutions that can help you obtain the originally expected return on investment, productivity gains and cost savings. We focus on the following areas:

Strategic Goals: Understanding the corporation's organizational strategic goals and direction allows us to recommend improvements to meet this direction and to provide the necessary analytic tools that executives need to make informed business decisions.

Management Goals: Understanding operational goals and issues help us to identify "quick wins" that leverage the existing assets and improve efficiency, increase utilization, and provide more flexible reporting and feedback capabilities.

Current Situation: We will review your current deployment and provide a high-level map of existing integration points and modifications/customizations. We also assess available training and knowledge of timberland outlet users through use of a skill inventory created for each department within the company as needed.

Opportunities: We will identify immediate opportunities for improvement, and explain how to get from where you are to where you want to be. For each improvement opportunity, we will state the issue/goal, the required investment including internal time commitments, any potential roadblocks and the expected results.
